PERJANJIAN KREDIT PEMILIKAN RUMAH (KPR) ANTARA BANK TABUNGAN NEGARA (BTN) CABANG PADANG DENGAN NASABAH

Abstract

The House Ownership Credit Agreement (KPR) between the State Savings Bank (BTN) Branch of Padang with customers during 2016 and 2017 there were 6,087 customers using KPR facilities, 1.5% of which were in default. Problem formulation: 1) What are the forms of default in the mortgage agreement between Bank BTN Padang Branch and customers? 2) What is the effort made by the Padang Branch BTN bank if the debtor defaults? This study uses sociological juridical methods. Data sources come from primary and secondary data, data collection techniques using interviews and document studies and qualitative data analysis. Research results 1) Forms of defaults in the mortgage agreement between Bank BTN Padang Branch and customers, delay in payment of credit installments from the agreed date in the agreement, customers do not pay credit installments for 90 (ninety) days, bad loans or customers do not pay the installment at all. 2) Efforts made by Bank BTN if the debtor defaults on sending a confirmation letter, giving a Warning Letter (SP) 1 to SP-3, if the customer does not pay, the bank will do the rescheduling, return requirements, realignment and agreement. transfer the debtor.
