PELAKSANAAN CUTI UNTUK PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL ( PNS ) BERDASARKAN PERATURAN KEPALA BKN NOMOR 24 TAHUN 2017 TENTANG TATACARA PEMBERIAN CUTI PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL DI KABUPATEN SOLOK SELATAN
Abstract
The Regulation of the Head of the State Personnel Agency Number 24 of 2017 concerning Procedures for Granting Civil Servants' Leave referred to as leave is a condition of non-employment which is permitted within a certain period given by the authorized official. Giving civil servant leave: annual leave, sick leave, sabbatical, maternity leave, leave for important reasons, joint leave, State leave outside. In 2014-2018 there were 70 people who took leave. Formulation of the problem: (1) What is the mechanism for managing civil servant leave based on the Regulation of the Head of BKN on Civil Servants in South Solok Regency? (2) Are the constraints that can occur in the PNS leave process based on the BKN Regulations in South Solok Regency? (3) The Efforts Made in Submitting Civil Servant Leave in South Solok Regency? This type of research is sociological juridical. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are interview and document study. Data were analyzed qualitatively. Conclusion of research results: 1) Implementation of leave for Civil Servants (PNS) is carried out Based on the Regulation of the Head of the State Civil Service Agency Number 24 of 2017 concerning Procedures for Granting Civil Servants Leave in South Solok Regency. 2) The constraints faced by civil servants in South Solok Regency are: Lack of staff at BKD offices so the leave is limited, there are no authorized officials who give leave at the place, often called the Civil Servants back to work in leave, Lack of socialization from the Office Regional Civil Service. 3) Efforts made in the filing of civil servant leave in South Solok Regency by adding employees at the Solok Selatan BKD, increase socialization regarding leave.
