PERANAN DINAS PARIWISATA, PEMUDA DAN OLAHRAGA DALAM UPAYA PERLINDUNGAN TERHADAP OBJEK WISATA DI KOTA BUKITTINGGI MENURUT UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 10 TAHUN 2009 TENTANG KEPARIWISATAAN

Abstract

The duties and authorities of the Tourism, Youth and Sports Agency are to help the Mayor carry out government affairs and co-administration duties in the fields of tourism, youth and sports. This service is also authorized to protect a tourist attraction in the City of Bukittinggi. Problem formulation in this study are: 1). What are the duties and authorities of the Tourism, Youth and Sports Service based on Law Number 10 of 2009 concerning tourism in the protection of tourism in the City of Bukittinggi? 2). What are the obstacles faced by the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports based on Law Number 10 of 2009 concerning tourism in the protection of tourist attractions in the City of Bukittinggi? 3). What efforts have been made by the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports based on Law Number 10 of 2009 concerning tourism in the protection of tourism in the City of Bukittinggi? The research method that I use in writing this thesis is sociological legal research. The results of the study are: 1). Duties and authority of the Tourism, Youth and Sports Agency in the protection of a tourist attraction in the City of Bukittinggi, namely implementing government affairs and co-administration duties in the field of tourism, youth and sports 2). The constraints faced by the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports are based on Law Number 10 of 2009 in Protection of tourist objects in the City of Bukittinggi: lack of community participation, lack of human resources 3). Efforts made by the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports based on Law Number 10 of 2009 in Protection of tourist objects in the City of Bukittinggi: socialization, holding job training.
