Investigation of the crime of corruption over the waiver on the procurement of land for development. Law No. 2 of the year 2012 Chapter 3 Procurement Of Land For the public interest that aims to provide the ground for the execution of development to enhance the welfare and prosperity of the nation, the State and society with guarantees of interest legal persons who are eligible. In the case of the procurement of land was IAIN campus. The matter will be raised are: (1) how the execution of investigation criminal acts of corruption of waiver on the procurement of land for the construction of IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang? (2) the factors that hampered the investigation of corruption criminal act waiver on the procurement of land for the construction of IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang? The method used is a juridical sisiologis, a data source that is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are interviews and study documents. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively. Summary (1) investigation of criminal acts of corruption in the construction of the campus of IAIN begins with doing a stage penindakan stage of the investigation, (the calling of witnesses, the arrest, detention, seizure and pengeledahan, the stage of the examination (examination of witnesses and the usual suspects). (2) the title of pengahambatnya factors that is hard to find the original rights of the base document, the number of witnesses, the location of the land away.
