PERANAN PTUN PADANG DALAM PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA IZIN MENDIRIKAN BANGUNAN DI KOTA BUKITTINGI

Abstract

PTUN's role is to provide legal protection to the community as well as government apparatus itself because PTUN juridical control against the Act public law body or administration officials. In this study, the formulation of problems with respect to the role of the judiciary is the State of the field in the building permit dispute resolution is 1.
