The state confiscated goods storage house is regulated in Article 29 of the Republic of Indonesia's Minister of Justice Regulation concerning the task of storing confiscated objects of state and booty of the state and the Decree of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia Number: M.04.PR. Rupbasan class I Padang has kept confiscated evidence of criminal acts of corruption in the form of innova cars. The problems studied are: 1) What is the role of the RUPBASAN in storing evidence 2) Constraints found by the RUPBASAN in storing evidence of criminal acts? Tis study used socio-legal approach. The source of data used consists of primary data and secondary data. Data was collected by interview and document study, and then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study 1) The role of class I Padang Rupbasan in storing state confiscated objects, 2) Constraints found in the RUPBASAN in storing evidence of criminal acts. Conclusions are 1) Management is carried out by the RUPBASAN starting from Acceptance, Research, Assessment, Registration, Storage, Maintenance, Pemutasi, Expenditures, Security and Reporting. Based on the Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation No. 16 of 2014 concerning Management Procedures for Confiscated Objects and Confiscation of the State, the constraints experienced by the RUPBASAN are: 1) Constraints to lack of human resources. 2) Facilities and Infrastructure constraints, 3) lack of maintenance and maintenance costs, 4) and difficulty in adjusting the bureaucracy from the Law with field conditions.
