Abstract

ABSTRACT

The criminal pattern is intended to see the harmony between one regulation and the regulations in the Health Act, the Medical Practice Law and the Health Workers Act. The formulation of the problem of this research is (1) how is the regulation of the criminal system in Law No. 29 of 2004 concerning Medical Practices? about the criminal system in Law Number 36 of 2014 concerning Health Workers? This study used a normative legal approach, and examines the legislation. Legal material was collected by documentary study. Data were analyzed qualitatively. Based on the research it can be concluded: 1. Criminal pattern in the Medical Practice Law is formulated singly and alternatively. The main types of punishment are imprisonment, confinement and fines. The main penalty that can be imposed is revocation of permission. 2. The pattern of punishment in the Health Practices Act is formulated singly and alternatively between imprisonment or fines. 3. The pattern of punishment in the Law on Health Practices is formulated singly.
