Abstract

Selection of CPNS applied by Padang City Government to K2 honorary staff aged 35 Years and over based on the Republic of Indonesia Ministerial Regulation PAN-RB Number 36 Year 2018, there needs to be effort from the Padang City Government in creating justice for K2 honorary staff. Formulation of the problem: 1) The impact of CPNS selection imposed by the Regional Government Padang City in providing employmen for K2 honorary staff aged 35 Years and above 2) obstacles faced by the Padang City Regional Government in the acceptance or appointment of K2 honorary staff to become PPPK employees towards the impact of the age limit for K2 honorary workers 3) The efforts of the local Government of Padang City in overcoming the problem of K2 honorary workers. This type of research uses a Sociological legal approach that uses Primary Data and Secondari Data. Data collection technigues include Interviews and Documentariy Analysis and were Anayzed Qualitatively. The results of the study are 1) The impact of the CPNS selection imposed by the Regional Government of Padang City in providing employment for K2 honorary workers who are aged 35 Years and over, that the Regional Government of Padang City directs honorary workers to be appointed PPPK employees 2) Constraints faced by the Government in the area of Padang City in the reception or appointment of K2 honorary staff to become first aid workers for the impact of the age limit for K2 honorary staff, the most important constraints are in the Padang City APBD Budget 3) The efforts of the Padang City Regional Government in overcoming the problem of K2 honorary staff, the City Government of Padang strives for K2 honorary staff to be appointed as PPPK in accordance with the capability of the Padang City APBD budget.
