PERANAN PEMERINTAH DAERAH KOTA PADANG DALAM MENANGGULANGI PENGELOLAAN WISATA PULAU-PULAU KECIL TANPIZINMENURUT UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 27 TAHUN 2007 TENTANG PENGELOLAANWILAYAHPESISIR DAN PULAU-PULAU KECIL

Abstract

Small islands are islands with an area of less than or equal to 2,000 Km2, together with a unified ecosystem. Management of small islands is regulated in Law No. 27 of 2007, but basically does not yet have a management permit. The formulation of the problem is (1) How to Implement the Duties and Authorities of the Koto Padang Regional Government in Granting Management Permits for Coastal Areas and Small Islands (2) How Efforts are Made by the Padang City Regional Government in Tackling Small Island Tourism without Permits. This type of research is a study of Sociological Law using Primary Data and Secondary Data and qualitative data analysis. Based on the research results obtained: (1) In granting permission to manage Coastal Areas and Small Islands, the Mayor's duty is to empower the community in accordance with the stages determined by law and have the authority to revoke the utilization permit and the rights of Coastal waters entrepreneurs from the world business and society if it violates the provisions of the law. 2) Efforts made by the Padang City Government in the management of Small Islands without Permits, which must be managed by the government, make tourism safe based on statutory regulations.
