Abstract

Road Map of Bureaucratic Reform of South Pesisir Regency Government Number 27 of 2016-2021 as the role of implementing bureaucratic reform. Problem formulation: 1 How is Public Service Implementation based on South Pesisir Regency Regulations Number 27 of 2017 concerning Bureaucratic Reform Road Map in the Education and Culture Office of South Pesisir Regency? 2. Constraints faced in the implementation of Public Services based on South Pesisir Regency Regulations Number 27 of 2017 Education and Culture Office? 3. The efforts made by the Department of Education and Culture of South Pesisir Regency to implement the implementation of Public Services based on the Regulations of the South Pesisir Regency Number 27 of 2017? The method used is sociological legal research, data collection techniques, namely interviews, and secondary data consisting of primary and secondary law are analyzed qualitatively. Research Results 1. The education and cultural service of the southern coastal district has used technological advancements to facilitate all matters of service to the community. 2. Constraints on the application of information technology in support of good governance (good governance), as well as information technology support for public services 3. Digitalization of the System in the Department of Education and Culture of the South Coastal District, transparency through the existing internet system related to information and bureaucratic procedures , providing training on internet-based services to employees of the Department of Education and Culture in the South Coastal District.
