The Libyan state had a political conflict that ended with armed conflict aided by various parties not from the country itself, and there were world organizations interfering in political affairs that led to an armed conflict between the opposition and the Ghadaffi government. The method used in this study is the type of research used is normative law that is research that focuses on legislation and norms. This study includes research that takes data from various sources of research data obtained indirectly; for example through books, notes, evidence that already exists, or archives both published and not publicly published. The problem in this research.
