PELAKSANAAN MASYARAKAT EKONOMI ASEAN (MEA) DALAM RANGKA KERJASAMA ASEAN DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP PERDAGANGAN DI SUMATERA BARAT (Study Kasus :DISPERINDAG Sumatera Barat)
Abstract
ABSTRACT
The ASEAN Economic Community aims to encourage economic growth in countries, particularly in the Southeast Asian nation. AEC covers the fields of trade in goods and services and investment, in the efforts of ASEAN countries to realize ASEAN integration, the characteristics of the AEC are set out in the Blueprint that has been declared and in accordance with INPRES No. 11 of 2011 concerning the implementation of the ASEAN economic community's blueprint commitment. Formulation of the problem: 1) How is the implementation of trade in the context of the MEA? 2) What is the impact of the AEC on trade in West Sumatra? The method used is a sociological legal research method, with secondary data sources and primary data, interview data collection techniques and document studies, the data are analyzed qualitatively. Research Results 1) In order to achieve ASEAN economic integration, the implementation of trade in the context of the AEC is in accordance with what is stated in the blueprint that contains the characteristics of the AEC, the main elements of the AEC. in Indonesia MEA was implemented based on INPRES NO.11 of 2011 concerning the implementation of the blueprint commitment of the ASEAN economic community. 2) The impact of the implementation of the AEC on trade in West Sumatra, the process of import and export becomes easier, thus opening up opportunities for businesses to develop their businesses. The impact of its implementation has a negative impact and positive impact.
