PROSEDUR PEROLEHAN JAMINAN HARI TUA DAN JAMINAN KEMATIAN DARI BADAN PENYELENGGARA JAMINAN SOSIAL (BPJS) KETENAGAKERJAAN TERHADAP PEGAWAI PT.KAI DI KOTA PADANG
Abstract
Provision of Old Age Security and Death Insurance for employees of PT. Indonesian Railways by BPJS there are various obstacles, this is regulated in Law no.24 of 2011 concerning the Social Security Organizing Agency. Formulation of the problem: (1) What is the Procedure for Providing JHT and JK from BPJS to PT.KAI Employees in Padang City? (2) What are the obstacles found in the acquisition of JHT and JK from BPJS against PT.KAI employees in Padang City? (3) Are the Efforts Made to Overcome Obstacles in Obtaining JHT and JK Granting from BPJS to PT.KAI Employees in Padang City? This type of research is sociological juridical. The data source is primary data and secondary data, the data collection technique is by interview and study of data documents analyzed qualitatively. Conclusions of the results of the study: (1) Procedure for granting JHT and JK from BPJS to Employees of PT. KAI Padang City. Every BUMN employee is required to register and become a member of the BPJS employment. This rule is mandated in Law No. 40 of 2004 concerning the National Social Security System (2) Obstacles found when disbursing old age savings funds (JHT) and death guarantees (JK), namely data mismatch and management of complex disbursement requirements (3) To overcome the obstacles in the provision of JHT and JK is to take care of the data back to the company where the employee worked before.Keywords: Procedure, BPJS, PT. KAI.
