FUNGSI DINAS LINGKUNGAN HIDUP DAN KEHUTANAN PROVINSI RIAU DALAM PENCEGAHAN KEBAKARAN HUTAN DAN PENYELESAIAN KABUT ASAP DI KOTA PEKANBARU

Abstract

Department Of Environtment And Forestry has the task and function of implementing local government affairs in the environment in the management and arrangement of the environment. These tasks and functions are applied in case of forest fires and haze in Pekanbaru. The problem formulation in this study is: 1) How is the implementation of the environmental service function in the prevention of forest fires and haze of Pekanbaru city? 2) What are the obstacles faced by the environmental service in the prevention of forest fires and haze of Pekanbaru city? 3) What Kind of efforts – efforts undertaken by the environmental service in overcoming the obstacles to prevention of forest fires and haze in Pekanbaru city? The research method that the author uses in the writing of this thesis is sociological law research. The results of the study are: 1) Implementation of the function of the city Environment Service is to conduct planning control prevention of forest fires and haze based on risk analysis results. 2) obstacles faced by the city environment Department of Pekanbaru is a fire fighting and haze takes a long time, ranging from control planning, allocation of tasks and determination of countermeasures. 3) Efforts undertaken by the Environment Office in overcoming the obstacles to prevent forest fires and the settlement of  haze in Pekanbaru City is to prioritize the prevention aspect of the countermeasure and form a combined task force.
