PERANAN SATLANTAS POLRES KABUPATEN AGAM DALAM PELAKSANAAN DALAM RANGKA PENEGAKAN HUKUM DAN KEAMANAN, KESELAMATAN, KETERTIBAN, DAN KELANCARAN LALU LINTAS
Abstract
Traffic and road transportation as part of the national transportation system must be developed in terms of their potential and role in realizing safety, order and smooth traffic and road transportation in order to support economic development and regional development. Article 1 number (1) of Law Number 22 Year 2009 concerning Traffic, Road Transportation states that Traffic and Road Transportation are a unified system consisting of Traffic, then the problem that the writer wants to examine is, namely: 1) What is the role of the implementation of tasks and authorities Agam District Police Satlantas in the framework of law enforcement, security, safety, order and smooth traffic in Agam District? 2) What obstacles are faced by Agam District Police Satlantas in the framework of law enforcement, security, safety, order and smooth traffic in the Regency Agam This study uses a sociological data juridical approach that is used include primary data and secondary data. Data were collected using document study and interview techniques. The data collected was analyzed qualitatively. The results of the analysis: 1) Law Enforcement which is sanctioned to people who violate or violate traffic rules, as a result of a traffic accident 2) Obstacles from the non-combatants are not available. required letter
