Abstract

Law Number 37of 2008 concerning the Indonesian Republic Ombudsman The weak level of supervision of the implementation of public services in the field often causes problems that occur even though state agencies or officials as state apparatus have an important role to the public but other things that occur that provide these services abuse the authority for purposes others cause maladministration. Problem formulation (1) How is the stage of the settlement of the case of maladministration of the procurement of goods and services of PT Lubuk Minturun Persada Construction with the Pariaman City Public Works Office based on the decision of the state administration court Number:25/G/2015/PTUN-PDG? (2) What is the legal consequence of the maladministration of the procurement of goods and services of PT Lubuk Minturun Persada Construction with the City Of Pariaman Public Works Office based on the decision Number:25/G/2015/PTUN-PDG? The research approach used is Normative Jurudical, data analysis in the form of qualitative analysis. Conclusions of results of the research (1) The stages of the settlement of the maladministration case of decision Number:25/G/2015/PTUN-PDG namely the basis of the lawsuit, petitum, defendant exception, examination of witnesses and experts, legal considerations, and the final decision of the panel of judges (2) The legal consequences of maladministration procurement of goods and services verdict Number:25/G/2015/PTUN-PDG received by the defendant is the public works department Pariaman cancel, revoke the decision letter regarding sanctions inclusion in the black list and national black list and punish the defendant to pay the case fee.  Keywords: Decree Of The State Administrative Court Number:25/G/2015/PTUN-PDG, Procurement Of Goods and Services, Maladministration
