PELAKSANAAN PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP ANAK YANG MENJADI KORBAN KEKERASAN SEKSUAL DI TINGKAT PENYIDIKAN DI POLRES AROSUKA SOLOK

Abstract

The legal protection provided by child investigators to children as victims of sexual violence as regulated in Article 16 of Law no. 11 of 2012 concerning the Criminal Justice System for Children Based on the man with the initials S (43), a resident of Jorong Taratak Pauh Nagari Alahan Panjang, Lembah Gumanti District, Solok Regency, was arrested by the Arosuka Solok Police for receiving a report from the victim's family, allegedly having sexually assaulted the underage child with the initials F (11), the perpetrator is suspected of having sexed the victim 3 times, and always threatens the victim not to tell anyone, fortunately the victim's parents realized that there was something strange and different about their child's behavior, who often stayed silent. For a long time in the room, the victim told her that she had been a victim of sexual violence. Knowing this, the victim's parents immediately reported it to the Arosuka Solok Police. Problem Formulation (1) How is the implementation of legal protection for children who are victims of sexual violence at the arosuka solok investigation level? (2) what are the obstacles and efforts in carrying out the investigation of children who are victims of sexual violence at the Arosuka Solok Police Headquarters? This type of research used is sociological juridical. Sources of data are primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques are carried out by interview and document study, data are analyzed qualitatively. The conclusions of the research results: (1) Investigators provide protection for children in the form of child protection (2) Investigators encounter obstacles due to lack of adequate infrastructure.
