Today almost of all hospitals have joined BPJS partner . One of them is a Aisyiyah Pariaman hospital. formulation of the problem 1) How Aisyiyah Pariaman hospital responsibility of health services to member of BPJS? 2) What is the barrier in the provision of health care for member of bpjs in Aisyiyah Pariaman hospital? The data includes primary and secondary data consisting of a primary law, secondary. Data collection techniques such as the interviews and documents study. Research result 1) The responsibility of the aisyiyah pariaman hospital in health care facilities and infrastructure, which is improving increase the number and improve the quality of medical personnel and non-medic, do not differentiate the service to patients, social service provide good customer service, safe and comfortable, find a solution when there a problem with the participants patients, social service keep a secret about the treatment and patient medical, responsible legally against all the harm inflicted in case of omission are carried out by health workers. 2) the barrier in the provision of health care for member of bpjs in Aisyiyah Pariaman hospital are facilities like limitations room in patient, medical workers inadequate.References
