PELAKSANAAN PENYALURAN DANA BANTUAN OPERASIONAL SEKOLAH (BOS) OLEH DINAS PENDIDIKAN KOTA PADANG TAHUN 2017-2019

Abstract

One of the service and financing programs implemented by the government in the field of education is School Operational Assistance (BOS). Rumusan: 1) How is the improvement of the quality of education services in Padang city associated with the distribution of BOS Funds in 2017-2019? 2) What are the obstacles facing the Padang City Education Office in improving the quality of education services associated with the distribution of BOS in 2017-2019? 3) What efforts did the Education Office make in improving the quality of Education services in Padang City? The approach in this study is sociological law, using primary data sources and skunder data, data collection: interviews and document studies, which are analyzed with qualitative analysis. Concluded Research Results: 1) Distribution of BOS funds in Padang City year 2017-2019 is associated with improving the quality of education, one of which can be seen from accreditation obtained by the school. 2) The obstacle faced by the Padang City Education Office in improving the quality of education services is associated with the distribution of BOS funds in 2017-2019 is the lack of reliable humanresources, Secolah is not on time in completing the report to the Office of Pendidikan.. 3) Efforts made by the Education Office in improvingthe quality of education services in Padang: a) holding workshops to schools, b) socializing regulation Perundang-undangan, c) informing all schools and institutions not to commit irregularities d) supervise the use of BOS Funds.
