Abstract

Human rights are rights inherent in every human being, including freedom of opinion and expression, the case of the Captain of the United States aircraft carrier being fired for warning his superior about the dangers of Corona that threatens 5,000 members, provisions regarding freedom of expression and expression are regulated in Article 19 and 1 Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948. Problem Formulation: (1) How are the Human Rights Regulations Regarding freedom of expression/opinion and expression in International Human Rights Law?
