IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN MENTERI AGAMA NOMOR 29 TAHUN 2019 TENTANG MAJELIS TAKLIM DI KEMENTERIAN AGAMA PROVINSI SUMATERA BARAT

Abstract

Taklim Assembly can improve the understanding, delusion, and practice of islamic teachings, while the Taklim Assembly must be registered with the office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Registration of taklim Assembly is done by submitting a written application by the administrator to the Head of the Office of the Ministry of Religion or through the Head of the Office of Religious Affairs of the Subdistrict, which is contained in The Regulation of the Minister of Religion No. 29 of 2019 on the Taklim Assembly. The formulation of the problem is (1) How is the implementation of the duties and functions of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Sumatra Province in the registration process of taklim assembly? (2) What are the obstacles faced by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Sumatra Province in the registration process of taklim assembly?. (3) What are the efforts made by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Sumatra Province in the registration process of taklim assembly?. This type of research is done with sociological legal research using primary data. Based on the results of the research obtained: (1) The form of implementation of the duties and functions of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Sumatra Province is to ensure that the taklim assembly can provide religious education to the community properly and socialize to each district or city that the provisions of the regulation of the minister of religion have been enacted regarding the implementation of the registration of taklim assembly. (2) The obstacles faced by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Sumatra Province are located in the data collection because the logging that is done has not been fully implemented. (3) The effort made by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Sumatra Province is the need to improve the quality and quantity of the field of penaiszawa and the need to improve technology-based analysis so that it can access data related to the registration of taklim assembly.
