The use of Village Funds in Nagari Pasir Talang Selatan, South Solok Regency is not as perfect as the objectives mandated in Law No.6 of 2014 concerning Villages. Problem Formulation: (1) How is the Implementation of the Use of Village Funds in Nagari Pasir Talang Selatan District of South Solok? (2) What is the relationship between the Nagari Pasir Talang Selatan District Solok Selatan Regency in the use of Village Funds? (3) What are the efforts made by the Nagari Pasir Talang Selatan District Government in the use of Village Funds? The type of research used is sociological legal research. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data, with data techniques: interviews and document study of qualitative analysis data. Conclusion of the results: (1) Implementation of the Use of Village Funds in Nagari Pasir Talang Selatan, Solok Selatan Regency has implemented many real programs and the benefits have been felt directly by the community. (2) There are a lot of constraints related to the Nagari Pasir Talang Selatan District Government in the use of Village Funds, but one of the features is the uncooperative attitude of the community. (3) The efforts made by the Nagari Pasir Talang Selatan Government in the use of Village funds have been very good, the Nagari government creates a special "model" for the creation of development goals from the use of Village Funds.References
