LAW ENFORCEMENT BY THE SIJUNJUNG RESORTS POLICY TOWARDS CRIMINAL ACTION ILLEGALLY HONEY AND HONEY BEARING

Abstract

The Office of Investment and Integrated Services is the implementing element of the Padang City Regional Government in providing information on the mechanism for applying for licenses in an integrated manner in Padang City. Licensing services are served by the Capital Services and Integrated Services Agency, this licensing service aims to improve the quality of services to people who want to take care of permits easily, cheaply, quickly or on time, cleanly and accurately. The formulation of the problem is 1) What is the role of the Padang City government if the entrepreneur does not administer or extend the karaoke business license? 2) What is the effort made by the Padang City government in conducting a review of the permit to establish an entertainment place adjacent to a house of worship? This type of research is sociological juridical. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. The data were analyzed qualitatively. Conclusion of research results 1) The karaoke business has a license in accordance with Article 1 Regional Regulation of the City of Padang, Mayor of Padang Regulation Number 63 of 2020 concerning the delegation of authority for implementing integrated services to the investment agency and one-stop integrated service, tourism, namely to guarantee legal certainty in running a tourism business , providing guidelines in the implementation of tourism business registration, and preserving the environment and natural resources 2) Government efforts to review the licensing of establishing entertainment venues adjacent to houses of worship by conducting inspections or directly visiting the field by conducting raids on unsuitable karoeke places with the procedure for establishing a karoeke place.
