Abstract

Implementing goods delivery agreement between PT. Pos Indonesia Padang branch with postal service users found default. The problem this research is regarding form of default in the delivery agreement and regarding the form of compensation given. This research is a sociological juridical, the data sources are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques through interviews and document study. The data were analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study show the form of default in the form of damage, loss and late delivery of goods. The form of compensation for default is 5 times the shipping cost for damaged goods, 10 times the shipping cost for lost goods and 25% shipping cost for late delivery of goods.
