PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP TRANSAKSI JUAL BELI EMAS DIGITAL MELALUI FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY

Abstract

Along with the times it has resulted in technological advances and technological growth, especially in digital gold buying and selling transactions through fintech. With the continuous development of financial technology, it must also be balanced with clear regulations and supervision. This study uses a normative juridical approach. Conclusion: 1) The juridical review of consumer legal protection for consumers against digital gold buying and selling transactions through financial technology, can be seen according to Law no. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, Law no. 11 of 2008 on ITE, Law no. 7 of 2014 concerning Trade, as well as Bappeti Regulations. 2) Forms of protection from OJK in Consumer Protection against digital gold buying and selling transactions through financial technology have been regulated in OJK regulations.
