Abstract

Article 23A of the 1945 Constitution, namely taxes and other levies that are coercive in nature. The objectives of this study are: 1) How is the duty of the City of Pariaman Transportation Agency in Managing Parking Charges in the Tourism Environment of Pariaman City. 2) What are the obstacles faced by the Transportation Agency in Managing Parking Charges. 3) Efforts of the Transportation Service in Managing Parking Charges in Pariaman City. The research method is sociological juridical. The role of the Department of Transportation in managing parking fees is to improve services from the parking sector. Constraints on limited parking space, parking attendants take advantage of illegal parking locations. The efforts of the Department of Transportation to socialize, install banners / provide assistance to official parking attendants.
