There are several companies engaged in the field of e-commerce that is quite famous in Indonesia, one of which is Lazada.co.id, Problem formulation: 1) How is the process of buying and selling transactions online on the site Lazada.co.id ?, 2) How is the responsibility given to consumers for goods that do not match those advertised in Laza-da.co. site id ?. This research uses sociological legal approach, the data used includes primary and secondary data, data collection techniques in the form of interviews and document data, qualitative analysis data. From the results of the study, the process of buying and selling transactions online on the site Lazada.co.id select the desired product, click the buy order, the transaction of delivery of goods payments, the responsibility given is to make a return of goods or funds. ________________________________________References
