KAJIAN YURIDIS PROSEDUR PEMBENTUKKAN UNDANG-UNDANG OMNIBUSLAW

Abstract

Legislation is considered an objective thing because it is made through a process and technical arrangements that adhere to legal principles by a people's representative institution. Problem Formulation: 1) What is the Procedure for Forming the Omnibus Law? 2) How are the procedures for the formation of the Omnibus Law in accordance with the procedures for the formation of laws according to Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning the Formation of Legislation ?. Type of normative juridical research. Data source from secondary data. The data collection technique was obtained through document study and analyzed qualitatively. Research Results: 1) The procedure for the formation of the Omnibus Law Law is carried out in the same way as the formation of laws in general. 2) The conformity of the Procedures for the Establishment of the Omnibus Law with the Procedures for the Formation of Laws according to Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning the Formation of Legislation, which procedures must fulfill five stages.
