Abstract

Simple Rental Flats (RUSUNAWA) Purus Kota Padang has changed its function. The conclusion is 1) the forms of Abuse of Simple Rental Flats (RUSUNAWA) Purus Padang City are residents of the Purus Rusunawa are not Low-Income Communities (MBR), payment arrears, transfer of rental rights, not maintaining cleanliness, wearing open clothes, not reporting guests who come. , do not care about guest hours rules, drugs and immoral. 2) Efforts to resolve the abuse of simple rented flat (RUSUNAWA) Purus Kota Padang are residents who do not pay, they will be given a warning letter. Warning Letters consist of 3 (three) levels. With regard to drug and immoral cases, the UPT will unilaterally decide the lease agreement.
