Abstract

ABSTRAK An auction is a public sale of a property to the highest bidder by a person who has the license or authority to do so. Formulation of Problems (1) How is the auction of confiscated goods proceeds from criminal acts of corruption confiscated by the Corruption Eradication Commission (2) What are the factors that become obstacles in the auction of confiscated goods proceeds of corruption by the Corruption Eradication Commission? This research uses a sociological juridical approach. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data were collected by interview and document study and analyzed using qualitative methods. Conclusion (1) The process starts from the pre-auction process, conducts the auction and prepares minutes of auction. (2) The obstacle encountered during the auction process is the process that takes a long time and causes the auction item to quickly become damaged
