PENGAWASAN PRODUK PANGAN KADALUWARSA OLEH BADAN PENGAWASAN OBAT DAN MAKANAN ( BPOM ) DI KOTA PADANG

Abstract

Based on Article 2 of Presidential Decree Number 80 of 2017 concerning the duties (BPOM) of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency in accordance with the provisions of statutory regulations, then the two drugs and food as referred to consist of drugs and medicinal ingredients. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study conclude 1) Supervision of expired food products is carried out by the field of inspection, 2) The constraints faced by BPOM are the lack of understanding of producers and consumers, 3) Efforts are made, namely, conducting seminars, with the Cross Sector Office
