Abstract

Legal protection for female workers regarding leave has been regulated in statute 11 of 2020, where this regulation is one of the supporting factors for the protection provided by female workers. The problem is how the legal protection for female workers regarding leave in statute 11 of 2020. This methode using normative juridical. The results of the study: (1) Legal protection regarding leave which has been regulated by statute 11 of 2020 and the rules of 45 PP are regulated in the work agreement. (2) The effect the loss of reproductive leave will have a negative impact on the environment.
