PERANAN SATUAN TUGAS SAPU BERSIH PUNGUTAN LIAR DALAM MENANGGULANGI PUNGUTAN LIAR DI LEMBAGA PEMASYARAKATAN KLAS II A PADANG

Abstract

The eradication of illegal levies is regulated in the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Article 2 No. 87/2016 on the Task Force to Clean Up Illegal Levies. The occurrence of unofficial levies in the Padang Class II A Correctional Institution, especially in the field of public services in 2017. This type of research is sociological juridical. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data interview techniques and document study. The data were analyzed qualitatively. The conclusions of the research results: (1) the efforts of the Task Force to Clean Illegal Levies in the prevention and prevention of ways of prevention and repressive measures. (2) Crowd constraints encountered by the Task Force to Clean Up Liars (Satgas Saber Pungli), namely the lack of facilities and infrastructure in the form of CCTV and difficulty finding evidence and witnesses.
