Abstract

Contempt of Court is a crime in court. In Indonesia this crime occurs without any law. In Malaysia, perpetrators are punished according to the Malaysian Criminal Code and Pakistan also punishes the perpetrators under the same rules. Problem: (1) How the article applies to Contempt of Court actors in Indonesia, Malaysia and Pakistan (2) How to impose sanctions on Contempt of Court actors in Indonesia, Malaysia and Pakistan. This study is a legal comparison, using a normative juridical approach. Data are secondary data. Collected by document study, and analyzed qualitatively. Research results (1) There are no articles applied to actors of Contempt of Court in Indonesia, while Malaysia and Pakistan have articles that regulate them. (2) There are no sanctions imposed on the perpetrators in Indonesia, while Malaysia is a fine, and Pakistan is imprisoned until the trial is over.
