Abstract

One of the most recent examples of juvenile crime cases was the arrest of 5 teenagers for their acts of violent theft (Begal). but the five adolescents are still minors. Formulation of the problem: (1) How is the implementation of diversion by investigators at the Padang Police? (2) What were the obstacles that investigators encountered in implementing diversion? In this study, sociological juridical research type whose data sources came from primary data and secondary.
