PELAKSANAAN PERJANJIAN KREDIT PRODUKTIF ANTARA NASABAH DENGAN BANK NAGARI CABANG UTAMA PADANG

Abstract

The most important banking activity is the provision of credit, the largest income from bank business comes from credit business activities, in the form of interest. The research method used is sociological research, conducting interviews with respondents. Research result 1) The implementation of the credit agreement between the customer and the Bank is carried out by both parties based on Bank procedures, 2) The implementation of the credit agreement at the Bank has an obstacle that one of the debtors has been negligent in returning the refund, the Bank is in default, 3) solving these constraints, namely; rescheduling, sales guarantees on the basis of mutual agreement.
