Abstract

The local election has managed by UUD Indonesia number 10 on(th) 2016 about governor's election,regent's elecetion and mayor's election.the local election on 2020 has stopped because of covid 19. The proble are :1).how to implement local election in pandemic? 2).does the implementation of local election managed in UUD RI number 10 th 2016 about governor's election, regent's election and also mayor's election opposite by UUD number 36 th 2009 about the health in pandemicThe research methode is used law research which basically mean about Research that assesses the study of documents.The main data are primer and sekunder.the qualitative analysis which not using numeral,but giving describing from Research results can be deduced that :1).the implementation of local election which managed by UUD number 10 th 2016 about governor's election, regent's elecetion,and mayor's election become UUD when in covid 19 must be applied because the urgency of local election certain.the local election in covid 19 if reviewed by UUD number 36 th 2009 about the health can be opposited by health building principles.it's because the implementation of local election incompatible with health principles that goverment must precede the nation in pandemic beside with the implementation of election in this pandemic
