PELAKSANAAN PENGANGKUTAN BARANG PADA PERUSAHAAN PENGANGKUTAN H.N.S/ H.R.T GROUP PADANG

Abstract

H.N.S / H.R.T company is a land transportation company using a truck fleet, which carries out transportation from Padang to Pekanbaru. This study was conducted to understand the various disturbances in the study of the transportation of goods and the form of responsibility of the carrier to the the party who sent it in the event of a delay or damage to the goods when sent, which are carried by the Padang Group H.N.S / H.R.T Transportation Company. This type of research is sociological juridical (primary data) and library research (secondary data). interviews and document studies are some of the methods used to obtain data or information of the research were in accordance with the procedures made by the H.N.S / H.R.T Group Transportation Company in Padang.
