IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN DAERAH NOMOR 2 TAHUN 2017 TENTANG PEMBERDAYAAN PEREMPUAN DAN PERLINDUNGAN ANAK DI KABUPATEN PESISIR SELATAN

Abstract

Pesisir Selatan District Government in protecting the community, especially women and children, the research method used is sociological law, primary data sources and secondary data. Data Collection Techniques by Interviews and Document Studies, Data Analysis with Qualitative Analysis Based on field research, discussions conducted by the author according to the information of the informants, the application of Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2017 concerning Women's Empowerment and Child Protection is well implemented. The suggestion based on the conclusion of the research is that local government support should be even greater, especially on the budget. It is hoped that the community can also increase their awareness of providing protection for women and children.
