Procedure for Settlement1of Small Claim1Court is a form of application of the principles of simple, fast, and low cost.1This research was conducted at the Solok Class II District Court. Conclusion 1) Settlement of civil disputes through a small claim court at Pengadilan Negeri Kelas II Solok has been running well and is in accordance with the regulatory provisions, making it easier for the disputing parties to get justice. 2) Constraints in resolving civil disputes through a small claim court at Pengadilan Negeri Kelas II Solok are the lack of socialization regarding small claim court to the public.
