Abstract

This type of research is normative legal research. Sources of data are secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials, data collection techniques through document study and qualitative analysis. Conclusion of the research results: 1. The panel of judges sentenced the three perpetrators who were proven to have committed the violence. collectively and openly to someone as regulated in Article 170 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code. With a prison sentence of 6 months each. 2. Consideration of juridical and non-juridical judges in this case the indictment of the public prosecutor, prosecutors' demands, evidence, as well as matters which may incriminate and relieve thedefendant.
