PELAKSANAAN FUNGSI PENGAWASAN DPRD TERHADAP ANGGARAN PENDAPATAN BELANJA DAERAH (APBD) DI KABUPATEN PASAMAN BARAT

Abstract

The supervisory function is one of the most important functions of the DPRD in implementing regional governance. This is regulated in Article 365 of Law Number 17 of 2014. This type of research is sociological juridical research. Primary data and secondary data sources, data collection techniques by interview and document study. 1) Forms of Implementation of the Supervision Function of the Regional Representative Council (DPRD) of West Pasaman Regency on the Regional Expenditure Budget in West Pasaman Regency are divided into 3 (three) stages. 2) Inhibiting factors or Weaknesses in the Implementation of Supervision is the lack of professionalism of Council Members, Inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and lack of organizational experience.
