PERAN KPK SEBAGAI LEMBAGA INDEPENDEN DALAM MELAKSANAKAN FUNGSI PENCEGAHAN KORUPSI DI INDONESIA

Abstract

Prevention of corruption is one of the KPK roles in handling corruption crimes in Indonesia. The formulationiof the.problem is (1) therroletofgthe KPK as an independent state in stitution in carrying out the function of preventing corruption in Indonesia, (2) the obstacles faced by the KPKzas an independentdstatekinstitutionyin carrying out the function of preventing corruption in Indonesia, (3) solutions to the obstacles faced by the KPK as an institution an independent country in carrying out the function of preventing corruption in Indonesia. This type of sociological juridical research. In conclusion, the role of the KPK in preventing corruption in Indonesia is still not optimal in terms of regulations, systems and human resources. The solution is to improve regulations, systems, and human resources by the KPK and the goverment.
