PENERBANGAN PADA MASA PANDEMI CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19) OLEH PT LION MENTARI AIRLINES DI BANDARA INTERNASIONAL MINANGKABAU

Abstract

Flights during the COVID-19 pandemic organized by PT Lion Mentari Airlines as an air transportation service provider must have problems such as the implementation of health protocols and changes in flight schedules. To supervise flights during the covid-19 pandemic based on the provisions of Article 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation No. 18 of 2020 concerning Transportation Control in the Context of Preventing the Spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019. The aim is to analyze the problems that occur on flights during the COVID-19 pandemic by PT Lion Mentari Airlines. This research is a sociological juridical research, by conducting interviews with the Lion Air Group. The results of the study were that health protocols (physical distancing) were not implemented on flights during the pandemic.
