Abstract

Legal protection for patients in Article 77 of Law No. 36 of 2014 concerning Health Workers. Problem Formulation 1) What is the form of the dentist's responsibility for practicing wrongdoing to patients based on the medical code of ethics? 2) What is the legal protection for patients according to the consumer protection law? This research uses a normative juridical approach, normative legal research, studies of collecting data on documents related to the problem to be studied. Research conclusions 1) The legal responsibility of doctors in medical practice is in the form of violations of administrative provisions in the implementation of medical practice. 2) Malpractice on consumer dentists can report to BPSK as an authorized institution in the field of consumer protection, BPSK as a bridge between consumers and business actors.
