Based on Article 1 Number 29 of the Pasbar Regency Regulation Number 8 of 2016 concerning the Implementation of PopulationiAdministration, PopulationiAdministration is aiseries ofistructuring and publishing activities. In the management of making e-KTPs there are brokers and extortion carried out by certain individuals to the community and the administration of population administration takes a long and convoluted time. Theiformulation of theiproblem: 1) What are the D pronouncements' powers in Improving Services to the Community Based on Perda No. 8 of 2016 in Pasbar Regency? 2) What are the obstacles faced by the Dutter's Employees in the Population Administration and Civil Registration Sector in Pasbar Regency? 3) What are the Efforts done by Dkatail in Improving Services in the Field of Population Administration and Civil Registration in Pasbar Regency. This type of research used sociological juridical. The data includes primary and secondary data. The collected data were analyzed qualitatively. Research Results: 1.) The authority of Dkatail in Improving Services to the Community Based on Regional Regulation Number 8 of 2016 in Pasbar Regency has not been implemented properly. 2.) Obstacles faced by Dkatail in the field of Population Administration and Civil Registration in Pasbar Regency. HR Employees in Dkatail have many Daily Worker statuses so that there are limited staff, facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of administrative services, such as recording equipment, ID cards and KIA printing equipment. 3.) There is aniincrease inithe numberiof employees in the area, which is difficult to access, a mobile car is provided for population administration services.References
