Abstract

Solok City in the administration of government made Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2008 concerning the Ethics of Local Government of Solok City,research method used is Sociological Legal Research using Primary Data Sources and Secondary Data. Data Collection Techniques with Interviews and Document Studies, then Analyzed with Qualitative Analysis. The results of the study: 1) ASN rights have been fulfilled while only part of their obligations have been carried out. 2) Constraints faced by ASN in carrying out their rights and obligations are not optimal supervision of ASN and lack of socialization about Perda Ethics. 3) The efforts made by the local government of Solok City are to review Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2008 concerning the Ethics of Solok City Government.
