Abstract

Production sharing agreement is an agreement entered into between a person entitled to a plot of agricultural land and another person who is called a Cultivator. The problems in this research are Production sharing agreement. This research is a sociological juridical, the data sources are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques through interviews and document study The data were analyzed qualitatively. Since ancient times, production sharing has been carried out using the mampaduoi sistem, where the land owner finances all the needs for land cultivation with the proviso for the results that 1/2 for the owner, 1/2 for the cultivator and now the mampatigoi sistem is used where the processing cost is borne by the cultivator of the provisions of the results, will be divided 2/3 part for the cultivator and 1/3 share for the owner.
