ABSTRAK Children can live, grow, develop and participate, in acordance with human dignity in acordance with the International Provisions of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (Convention On The Rights of the Child. In India, trafficking in girls is very widespread, it is must receive attention, especially from the UNICEF organization Problem Formulation: 1). How Does Unicef Exist in Preventing Trafficking of Girls in India? 2). What are Unicef's Obstacles in Preventing Trafficking of Girls in India? The research methode used is normative legal research using secondary data sources. Data Collection Techniques with Document Studies, then Data is Qualitatively Analyzed. Research Results: 1). The existence of Unicef in Preventing Trafficking in Girls in India has not been running as it should, and the number of trafficking in girls in India is still increasing every year. 2). There are still many obstacles that UNICEF faces in preventing trafficking of girls in India, even though India has implemented several work programs. Constraints faced by Unicef, namely Economic Factors, Lack of access to quality education, Cultural and Traditional Practices, Need to support family and lack of response from the Government of India.References
