MASALAH PERBATASAN PERAIRAN WILAYAH INDONESIA-SINGAPURA AKIBAT DARI ADANYA REKLAMASI PANTAI OLEH SINGAPURA DITINJAU DARI “UNCLOS 1982”

Abstract

ABSTRAC The question of the boundaries of the provinces of Southeast Asian countries often occurs because of the incomplete certainty of regional boundaries. One of them is the problem of the line between Indonesia and Singapore due to the restoration of the coast by Singapore. The reason for doing this research is a way to determine the question when viewed from the 1982 UNCLOS. The examination strategy is carried out by describing the problem to be concentrated in an interesting way and then investigated with information sources (library research). The consequence of the investigation is that the purpose of the Indonesia-Singapore regional water issue due to the restoration of the seafront by Singapore is resolved calmly using peaceful progress.
